金源锻造现生产各类模锻，胎模锻，自由类锻件，所涉及的钢种有碳钢类，模具钢，不锈钢，低合金钢（如铬钼钢），高合金钢（如镍钼钢），轴承钢，工具钢，弹簧钢等。能根据客户的要求锻制各类齿轮，齿圈，轴类，模块，吊环，耳轴，曲轴，法兰等机械配件，并能提供其锻件的后续热处理，加工，探伤，金相检测，物理及化学分析等服务。
We are manufacturing all type of gears, rings, shafts, trunions, blocks, rod blanks with a wide range of carbon steel, low alloy steel(e.g. Chrome and Molybdenum steel), high alloy stel (e.g.Nickel and Molybdenum steel), bearing steel, stainless steel and other specialised steel. Our company is supplying forged products to many companies who are doing finished machining of gears, pinions, connected rods, crankshafts, camshafts, crownwheels, jonit components etc. for OEM’s in China and abroad. The weight range is from 5kg to 5tons. All forged products can be supplied as per the customer specification and in as forged, heat treated (normalied, hardened and tempered, quenched, annealled), patially or fully machined condition.
